Mindful Art Making: FALL

Want to get in touch with your creativity without any pressure? 

In this 2-hour workshop, we will weave together concepts from mindfulness, physical therapy, and art to create a positive art experience for all. If you have never picked up a paintbrush, this workshop is for you. And if you are a working artist with decades of experience, this is for you too!

To honor the season of fall, we will explore themes of letting go and self care as we create a mixed media painting of a tree in a supportive, small group environment.

• Willingness to engage in self-reflection

All supplies will be provided, but journaling will be part of the experience, so if you have your own journal and want to bring it, feel free!

This class is taught by Holly Pennington, and meets on Thursday, November 14, from 10am-12pm.
